Implementering af ny afstemningsmodel
En central del af opgaven bestod af et omfattende oprydningsarbejde i finansfunktionen. Flere balancekonti var ikke afstemt, og den nødvendige dokumentation manglede. Keepers implementerede derfor en struktureret og skalerbar model for balanceafstemning på tværs af Cepheos danske, norske og svenske selskaber. Balancekontiene blev afstemt, og der blev udarbejdet specifikationer med tilhørende dokumentation.

Implementation of a new reconciliation model
A key part of the assignment involved extensive clean-up work within the finance function. Several balance sheet accounts had not been reconciled, and the necessary documentation was lacking. Keepers therefore implemented a structured and scalable balance reconciliation model across Cepheo’s Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish entities. Balance sheet accounts were reconciled, and detailed specifications supported by documentation were prepared.

Cepheo had previously relocated parts of its finance function to Poland, increasing the need for a solid handover and clear, well-documented processes for ongoing balance reconciliations. The assignment therefore not only addressed current challenges but also ensured that the organization would be able to manage these tasks independently going forward.
